He's always available to talk through project requirements and recommend technical solutions and he'll act as Unit Manager on large multi–camera projects to give you 24/7 access to his expertise.<br> His hobbies include restoring classic cars – some alas, more classic than others. </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Rebecca Hitt – Bookings Manager </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Rebecca runs the Cruet bookings team and over her three years with the company has established a great rapport with clients and freelancers alike. Her knowledge of the industry and her previous experience in video and film production are invaluable when it comes to providing advice and support to clients.<br> She enjoys live music and cinema and keeps pretending to learn the guitar. </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Will Wilkinson – Production Director </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Will brings more than 20 years experience in location shooting and management to the Cruet team. He's worked widely both as a Production Manager and a Unit Manager so he fully appreciates the demands of industry schedules and budgets. His responsibilities include special project planning and management.<br> When he's allowed time off, you'll find him sailing in Cornwall. </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Emily Banting – Bookings Coordinator </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Emily joined us from the post production world so she knows all about working to deadlines and meeting her clients' needs and expectations. She and Rebecca are a talented and dedicated duo and the first point of contact for our clients.<br> She once played Jules in the ITV series Retrace but has now traded acting for painting. </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Chris Worland – Kit Manager </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Chris is responsible for ensuring clients have the perfect equipment for which Cruet is renowned. He and his assistant Mo run the tightest ship in the business and his 12 years experience of equipment, operations and maintenance makes him a key member of the Cruet team.<br> Chris says he likes old Routemaster buses but more evident is his love of skiing. </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Morwenna Hill – Kit Coordinator </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Mo comes to Cruet from Panavision New Zealand, where she spent six years working in kit preparation and client liaison. She is conversant with all aspects of video and film equipment, and is the most recent member of our diverse team.<br> Mo loves climbing and hiking, and cites Thailand as her all time high! </font> </H4> <H3> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Tom Filin – Technical Director </font> </H3> <H4> <font face="Arial, Times New Roman"> Tom came to us from Sony where he was one of the company's leading engineers, winning international awards for his insight and innovation. He has more than 30 years experience and is considered by his peers to be one of the most skilled and creative engineers in the industry.
